I went because I heard the director’s aesthetic sense was really good, but first of all it’s hard to get an appointment, and they do the consultation without taking a CT scan, saying they only take one once you confirm nose surgery... They said the asymmetry would be hard to correct because it’s facial asymmetry, and here they use a whole donated rib cartilage, so if they use one, the rest has to be discarded, so they said there’s an additional charge of around 3.3 million won. They strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. They didn’t tell me the desired shape or what improvements they would make from the start, so I passedㅠ
