I had a nose CT taken, and Director Heo Woo-jin explained things professionally while drawing diagrams. However, they also recommended cheekbone surgery, and the director’s style is flashy, so I put it on hold first. It’s been a few years since I went, but whether that consultation manager is still there or not, it’s similar to recent reviews. She was kind at first, but when I didn’t pay a deposit, her attitude changed right away. The consultation manager isn’t important for the surgery itself, but she is someone who should serve as an intermediary between the patient and the hospital, and I felt she wouldn’t do that at all if a problem occurred, so I ultimately put it on hold. The cost was high, but there was a discount if you booked the same day.
