I was at a normal weight, but my double chin was so bad that one day I was looking in the mirror and got seriously pissed, so on impulse I made an appointment at a clinic that came up often in a cosmetic surgery community lolololololol I didn’t even get a consultation first. I asked if surgery was possible on the date I wanted, and they said only Director Yoo Hyun-jae was available. At the time, the event price was somewhere in the 700,000 won range, but they said it would be an extra 100,000 won or so if I had it done by the director (it’s been a year, so please understand that I don’t remember clearly ㅠ) On the day of surgery, during the consultation, he came in, didn’t say much, drew lines quickly with a pen, and it felt like the consultation ended in literally 1 minute....... I went into the operating room, and there was stuff piled up and it felt chaotic, so I was like, what is this place.... and regretted choosing it for no reasonㅠ But lololol on the first day after surgery, I took off the compression band and half my chin was gone..... There’s this saying that the result on the first day after liposuction is basically the final result after all the swelling goes down, and I think that’s really true. On the first day, I saw my sliced-down chin and was like, wow, what is this, this is amazing. After that, I did get some hard lumps, but they formed along the sliced-down shape of my chin, so it didn’t really bother me at all.... Then people around me, including people at work, went crazy. It started with, why did you lose so much weight, you got prettier, and some people even asked how I lost so much weight and whether I was sick lolololololol Since my double chin had been so bad, I think the reaction was even more explosive; It’s been about a year now, and of course all the hard lumps are gone, and I’m seriously so satisfied.... I don’t know if it’s because my body heals well from cosmetic surgery or because I took good care of it, but I have absolutely no scar either. I regret not doing it about 5 years earlier and living with a pretty, sharp jawline ㅠ I’m not scared even if someone suddenly takes a photo of me. I don’t have a double chin, so ㅎ If I had to call something a side effect, after washing, if I don’t apply something like moisturizing cream to my chin, it gets red and itchy (if I apply something like moisturizing body cream, it calms down and stops itching. I don’t know what phenomenon this is;) But this doesn’t even feel like a side effect because my quality of life has seriously improved so much.... Afterward, I looked up reviews about Director Yoo, and there were lots of comments saying the doctor is blunt, so I guess he’s just originally a person of few words. Honestly, rather than someone who talks a lot, showing results with skill like this makes me think he’s truly a great doctor lololololololol After this double-chin liposuction, I want to treat him as my second father.....
