I had high expectations because there were many reviews saying they were kind, but maybe because it was right after surgery, they looked very tired. Still, they answered everything I asked calmly and thoroughly. However, I don't know if it was really because everything was possible, but they said everything was definitely possible, so instead my confidence in the result dropped.. It felt like they were saying it in the sense that, as a doctor, they could try it.
