The director explained the surgical process in detail! Among all the hospitals I had consultations with, they seemed to have the longest experience and a lot of expertise. Also, the director did not seem to recommend excessive treatment and listened well to the patient’s concerns. However, I don’t think they had seen many cases similar to mine. Another memorable point was that the consultation manager was also kind and consulted with me for a long time.
