It’s been 10 months since I had an incisional double-eyelid procedure last July, and from the beginning my left eye had more swelling and the height was a bit different. But they said I’d have to wait until 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months had passed, so I waited. In the photo taken with the rear camera it looks like the right side, but in reality it’s my left eye. The height is different, and the sausage-like swelling shows no sign of going downㅠㅠ Since it’s within 1 year, they’ll do an after-service correction, right? How do they do revision surgery in cases like this? Do they make a partial incision and set the line again? Or do they lower the line? If not that, do they give a swelling injection? Of course I’ll only know accurately after going to the clinic in person, but I wanted to hear opinions from everyone with experience, so I came back after a long time~
qweqwa They’re really uneven, aren’t they? One of mine was too high too, so I had it lowered.
쑥탱탱 [@qweqwa] Right? They said I’d only know after waiting because it could be swelling, so I waited, but now that the swelling has gone down it seems even more noticeableㅠㅠ Even when it was swollen at first, the heights were different, but they said the two sides could go down at different speeds. Turns out the heights were just differentㅠㅠ Did you also get AS on just one side because yours was similar to mine? Do you like it now? Lowering it would be better, right?
밍콩밍콩 They are very uneven.. If it’s been 10 months, the swelling should have gone down as much as it’s going to.. Did the clinic say they’ll do A/S?
쑥탱탱 [@밍콩밍콩] No matter how I look at it, they’re different, right? I booked a consultation at the clinic for today, and the front desk told me to meet the doctor, have the condition checked, and talk it over. If it hasn’t been 1 year yet, they’ll do AS, right? But thinking about having surgery again also makes me wonder if it’ll turn out wellㅠㅠ
흠 They’re different. Ask the clinic to do AS.
쑥탱탱 [@] It looks that way in the photo too, but when I look at it myself and people around me also say they look different, and everyone here says they’re different too. The clinic won’t say there’s nothing wrong or refuse AS, right..?ㅠㅠ
콩지퐜지 Make sure you ask them to do AS,,,,,
행복해질것 It might also be good to get a consultation at a clinic that specializes in eye revision surgeryㅠ I recommend hearing several opinions.
쑥탱탱 [@콩지퐜지] If I do AS, the sausage-like swelling and the height should both be fixed, right?ㅠㅠ
쑥탱탱 [@행복해질것] Wow, I hadn’t even thought of that!! I should look into revision-specialized clinics!! Asking everyone here really is the best.
캐로롤 Your eyes are uneven. Make sure to get A/S!!
쑥탱탱 [@캐로롤] I think my eyes look uneven too, but they say incision cases need to be watched for a while.. At the original clinic, it’s free if you do it within 1 year, but if it goes over 1 year, I guess it costs moneyㅠㅠ
UFOa Whoa, if it’s been 10 months and it still hasn’t gone down like that, something seems a bit off..ㅠㅠ Looking at your previous post, that was the eye that didn’t heal well, rightㅜㅜ?? What does the clinic say?
쑥탱탱 [@UFOa] That’s right! The eye that had a problem is the sausage eyelid and the line is high too ㅠㅠ Since it was an incision and it hasn’t been 1 year yet, they said to keep watching it and think as conservatively as possible, and that my eye isn’t weird... I think it’s weird, but they told me not to keep looking in the mirrorㅠㅠ They do free A/S within 1 year, but if it goes over 1 year, there’s a charge..
UFOa [@쑥탱탱] I’m not an expert, but looking at the photo, the skin in the swollen area does look a little different. It does look moist and swollen. The skin from the eyelashes to before the swollen area and the skin from the swollen area to the incision line are a bit different! So I think it could be because of swelling. Also, compared with the back part of the line, the incision line above that swollen area is darker.. Looking at your previous post too, I hope it’s not that it wasn’t fully healed but the clinic removed the stitches anyway or something?? ㅠㅠ Or maybe there was inflammation, so recovery is a bit delayed..?? I’ve never had incision surgery, so I’m not sure about the recovery period.. If the clinic offers swelling laser treatment, try getting that, and there may be something like they only charge the anesthesia fee for up to 3 years, so ask them once!!
촌캉스를떠나요 Oh my, did you do an in-out line??
쑥탱탱 [@UFOa] Right? I felt from the beginning that the lines were different, but they said it was probably swelling and that after 6 months they’d become similar, and that it was because my two eyes were different. But what I felt is still the same now, when it’s almost been 1 yearㅠㅠ Less than a month in, I got inflammation in my eye, so they re-incised only that part and loosened either the stitches or the fixation! They only did the swelling laser exactly once? I went for a consultation recently, but there was no mention of laser support or anything like that.. They said only within 1 year is free, and I’ll ask next time about the anesthesia fee within 3 years! Thank you so much for the reply
쑥탱탱 [@촌캉스를떠나요] Yes! In-out
