Pointed and high nasal tip with costal cartilage

I’m writing a few lines because I really haven’t been able to sleep until this hour, spending time depressed over just my nose. It has been almost two months since my nose surgery, and the nasal tip is so long and pointed, like it has been pulled straight out, that I feel like I’m going crazy. This was my fifth revision surgery, and I don’t want to get on the operating table again, I don’t want my columella cut again, but trying to live like this also makes me feel like I’m going crazy. What should I do? My face is East Asian, but only my nose looks Western, and my nostrils have become completely long and pointed. Because of frequent revision surgeries, my nostrils are pinched and uneven. Up until my third surgery, my nose was too blunt and crooked, so all I wanted was to straighten the nasal bridge and make the nasal tip a little sharper, but this time it has become a completely pointed nose, so I’m worried. As time passes, will the pointiness improve a lot? After 6 months, I’m scheduled to have the 1 mm silicone in my nasal bridge removed with a closed approach, but they said the nasal tip can only be done with an open approach, and I don’t want my columella cut again. If I put something in the nasal tip while removing the silicone, I think my nose will get higher, and even if I put something in, another area would have to be injured again. I can’t use AlloDerm because I had side effects from it, and I really regret using costal cartilage for the columella. As time passes and the swelling goes down, this pointed nasal tip is getting even more pointed, and people all say it is too pointed and looks strange. Sigh. Is there anyone like me? I’d like to share with each other and I’m also curious how it changed over time. It’s frustrating.
