When the cost comes out much higher than expected

I thought most quotes would be around 5 million won, but is it common for it to go over 10 million won if autologous costal cartilage is used?

When I got nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage 4 years ago, it was in the 6-8 million won range... Even back then, it was considered very expensive

It really is too expensive... Do you have a hump nose or anything like that? I heard things like that can add to the cost, but for a first surgery it’s a bit expensive, so I think it’d be good to visit other places too and think it over

[@사휴] Yes, I do have a hump!! It was a place I had high hopes for, but compared with the astronomical cost, I’m not sure what the clear advantage is.. But among the places I’ve visited, it was the best
