I had surgery to raise my nose bridge by 5 mm, used septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and had nasal tip tying surgery, but as more time passes, it feels like my nose is getting a bit longer And unlike the photos taken at first, when I take photos these days, the silicone implant in my nose is noticeable, Should I say it feels like my nose and face are separate Even though my nasal skin is on the thicker side, it feels like the silicone is gradually drooping and becoming visible. Also, after putting in silicone, I feel a lot like the nasal bridge itself is thick, and I’m painfully realizing this is why people say the first surgery is important..
