Will Revision Surgery for Cartilage Bending Improve Columellar Scar Tissue?

After my second nose surgery at a place famous for philtrum reduction, I had a third revision surgery because of bending and show-through of the columellar cartilage. (The bending of the columellar cartilage was visible right after surgery, but they said it was scar tissue and told me to wait, so after a long time I eventually decided to have surgery. There were extra costs again... I paid again for anesthesia, donated costal cartilage, and other implant materials.) So I spent 15 million won on my nose at this hospital alone. They lowered the nasal tip, removed the ear cartilage, and rebuilt the columella with donated costal cartilage. While I was at it, I also had a second philtrum reduction one more time. (There are pinched marks under the nostril wings from the philtrum reduction.) Maybe because it was my third surgery, only the sutured part of the columella swelled up in a round shape. Will it get better with time? If anyone has experienced this, please share your reviews.
