<Before surgery><1 week after rhinoplasty!><2 weeks><1 month>It has been one month since I had surgery with Gludiced by Director Seo Man-gun at JW Jeongwon Plastic Surgery! I said I wanted to improve the overall blunt-looking feel and have surgery naturally with a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and actually I had gone after looking into ㅇㄴㅍ(?? it says it's a banned word), so when I said I wanted to use a custom implant like Innofit, they recommended Gludiced. They told me that since my nose is overall low and blunt, if I wanted a clear improvement, costal cartilage would be used, and if I wanted a natural improvement, septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be used. But they said using costal cartilage doesn't mean it will be fancy or obvious, and that it can also look natural with costal cartilage. I wanted surgery, but I had been worried because of side effects. After Director Seo Man-gun explained Gludiced, I had Gludiced for the nasal bridge and costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Before surgery, you meet the director once more before the operation and he looks at the simulation with you. So including the simulation review, I went to the hospital twice before surgery. Honestly, at first, even though it was my first surgery, the price was so expensive that I hesitated, but I think it is much better to have surgery safely than to worry about side effects. And since it is non-implant surgery, being able to specify the line and height I wanted for the surgery seems to be the biggest merit. But I don't know if it's normally like this when you have surgery with costal cartilage, or if I'm the type who swells easily, but after surgery the area from between my eyebrows to the nasal bridge swelled a lot, so I looked like a Moai statue… A lot of it has gone down now, but I'm curious whether I was the only one like this. And they say the nasal tip moves well with ear cartilage or septal cartilage, but maybe because mine is costal cartilage, my nasal tip is still hard, and when I move or pull my philtrum? I feel a tight sensation and like it is being pulled. They say this also gets softer over time as the tissue loosens, so I'm waiting for it to loosen quickly. These days, I'm being careful when getting dressed and when washing too. I'm most worried when sleeping, but I don't think I've hit or touched it while sleeping yet haha
