When I had the consultation with the doctor, I could intuitively see which areas had excessive fat accumulation using an ultrasound medical device. They realistically explained the expected surgical results, including which facial liposuction areas suited me, roughly how much would be removed, and that it would take some time for the line to look natural after suction. The surgery was under sedation anesthesia, but they briefly woke me up. It seems they checked my facial condition while making sure the liposuction wasn’t excessive. They removed about 21 cc, and since I didn’t originally have a huge amount of facial fat, the effect wasn’t dramatic, but I’m satisfied because they removed as much as possible without side effects like cheek hollowing or asymmetry.
