It doesn't seem like they do a lot of implant-free rhinoplasty? But after looking at my nose, they said it would be possible without an implant. They also have an anesthesiology specialist, so I trust them, but I'm debating because I feel like if silicone isn't used, the line may not come out naturally. The consultant was also kind, and for now I paid the reservation deposit and left.
