Still, because the money I had spent felt like a waste, I left the nasal tip, and at first it looked more natural than when the silicone was in, but as time passed, only the nasal tip started sticking out sharply, and sure enough, I heard a lot of people ask whether I had only my nasal tip done. I think it became even more like that because the space where the silicone had been removed contracted over time. So after a lot of thought, next Monday I’m having surgery to remove the nasal tip material. I’m scared too. But the consultation manager talked with the doctor and told me by phone, and at first she said it was an open case, so they would operate with an open approach. So I said that when I consulted with the doctor, he said surgery was possible with a closed approach, and asked why it was suddenly an open approach. She said she would check with the doctor for a moment, then said again that it was possible with a closed approach. So I asked whether adhesions were possible because the cartilage had been tied, and she said adhesions might have formed, but that they could remove it. I also asked whether contracture could occur, and the manager said that based on the chart, it was not that kind of case and not to worry, but I feel like contracture could happen, so I’m also suspicious about how they can say it is not that kind of case. Anyway, they asked for 500,000 won. My nasal tip is still extremely firm. It’s hard, and even if I touch it just slightly, it is clearly noticeable. I remembered the doctor saying at the time of surgery that my septal cartilage was extremely firm. When I read posts in this community, they say that if adhesions form, it becomes softer, so does the fact that mine is still hard mean adhesions may not have formed? Is that why they said it is not that kind of case? More than the surgery itself, I’m worried in various ways about whether adhesions might have formed and cause problems. ............................... Anyway, thinking that if the surgery goes well, even if I look unattractive, I’ll go back to having a nose I feel comfortable with, I do feel somewhat relieved on the other hand. I’d appreciate advice from members who have had septal cartilage removed~
