Scheduled for revision surgery for sunken, hollow eyes with ptosis!

I just looked it up and found out that I have sunken eyes. The distance between my eyebrows and eyes is also short, and I had incisional ptosis correction 10 years ago, the thing everyone calls eye shape correction these days.. because one side had ptosis. As aging started, the fat became deeply hollowed… especially on the side with ptosis.. And it seems like the ptosis has come back, and now I even have multiple creases… The eye on the side that didn’t have ptosis has sagging eyelid skin from aging, so the double eyelid line is hard to see, and it has become a sharp-looking inner double eyelid ㅠㅠ The first photo was taken at night, when it is most deeply hollowed, and looking at it now, I think I was opening my eyes a bit upward. So in the photo, the double eyelid line on the left eye is somewhat visible, but normally it is buried under the drooping eyelid and looks sharp, like in the second photo… The second photo was taken during the day.. I don’t want to do fat grafting or repositioning because I’m afraid it might go wrong but I think I’ll need to do eye shape correction again because of the ptosis. During my first ptosis surgery too, they said the distance between my eyebrows and eyes was too short, so they could only follow my original double eyelid lines as they were, meaning asymmetrical eyes. I didn’t like my original eye shape or double eyelid lines, but I just went with it. Thanks to that, my impression didn’t change, though.. Anyway, I don’t know what should be done for eyes like this.. My consultation list is ㅇㅁㄹ (Do), ㅂㅇㅇㅇ (Hong), and ㅁㅅㄹㅇ I’ll be getting consultations soon, but I also want to hear opinions here!! I want it to look natural and not change my impression. I’m hoping that if I correct the ptosis, the hollow eyelids will improve a bit too… And I’d like the sharp eye shape that changed with aging to become a bit softer Do you think the hospitals I chose are suitable for these hopes?? I’d be grateful for any opinion!!!
