3-year review of hump nose surgery (no silicone)

I had surgery at Wannabe Plastic Surgery in early 2022~ Somehow 3 years have already passed. I had the surgery with Director Cha Myeong-gyu, and I still remember how kind he was and treated me like a daughter. I had been aiming for a slightly glamorous nose, but I think it was such a good decision to follow the director’s advice and go natural!! I had hump nose surgery, and since I already had a fairly high nasal bridge, I didn’t put in silicone. He said that during surgery, after shaving the bone, if it seemed too low, he might put in one very thin silicone implant and would decide during the operation, but maybe he judged that my bridge wasn’t low and that a natural-looking nose was important for my age, because it didn’t go in. At first I wondered if I should have put it in, but now I’m completely satisfied. I have cheek fat and a cute-looking face, so I think this is better than a sharp nose. Instead, ear cartilage went into the nasal tip, and he said he tied the nasal tip? something like that. If I don’t tell people around me, they don’t even know I shaved down the hump. They just think it’s a pretty nose haha. Unfortunately, I deleted all the before photos, so I don’t have any lol. Because of the hump nose, my side profile looked a little fierce ㅜㅜ Maybe because no silicone went in, I haven’t felt any side effects at all, and I was worried because my skin is delicate, but I don’t have any scars either. Only a few friends around me know I had surgery, and they all say not putting in silicone was truly the key move.. that natural is best and that I did so, so well. If you pursue natural beauty, I recommend going in for a consultation. He looked at everything in great detail.
