I visited 9 rhinoplasty clinics, and 2 clinics mentioned rib + ear cartilage, while the other 7 mentioned only costal cartilage. When I asked why they use ear cartilage together, they said that as the rib cartilage gets longer, it cannot support as firmly, so they keep the rib cartilage length short and use ear cartilage at the nasal tip. If the whole thing is done with ear cartilage, that also cannot support it, so they use rib and cartilage together. Also, ear cartilage shapes the nasal tip softly and well. The doctor said he also used to use only rib cartilage in the past, but now he can’t do it without using cartilage. I asked whether ear cartilage gets absorbed, and they said cartilage does not get absorbed; if inflammation occurs, bacteria gnaw away at it, which is why that happens. But only 2 clinics said this, so I’m wondering if this is rightㅠ Everyone here who knows, please commentㅜㅜㅜ And I also saw a review from one of the clinics that said they use ear cartilage where the nose dropped, so I’m worried that if I use ear cartilage, it might get lowerㅠ
furi For longevity, I recommend rib + ear cartilage! But you have to take the pain into account
qkr2323 [@furi] Why does using them together last longer??

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
