In August 2014, I had silicone 1 mm + osteotomy + septal cartilage
One year later, in January 2016, I had the silicone removed, and because my bulbous nose had not improved, I had revision surgery.
After surgery, the nasal tip had become much higher than before surgery, so I asked about it
and they said they did not remove the septal cartilage, but performed cartilage tying and repositioning.
Now one nostril wing is collapsed, and I’ve developed a deviated septum, so I don’t know what to do..
The ENT clinic has recommended septal surgery..
I think about my nose all day, and now panic disorder and insomnia have come too, so I feel like I’m dying..
I want to remove all the remaining septal cartilage and cartilage tying and go back to my old nose.. I’m also sick and tired of my nasal tip turning red even after just a short time outdoors
and I want to throw away any further thoughts about plastic surgery..
If I remove the septal cartilage and release the cartilage tying, could those sunken shapes be changed..? I heard it becomes difficult once it settles after 6 months, so I’m just anxious
As for the deviated septum, I don’t know how to resolve it..
I’m just frustrated about which hospital I should look into again.. Can I really go back..? I’m scared
If anyone knows any information, please share it.
