Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Can I trust what the clinic is saying about this?

Please help me judge whether I can listen to what the clinic is saying. First of all, it has been 4 months. After checking my progress, they said the nasal tip is gradually going upward, so there are signs of contracture. But they said this is not a silicone problem; it is because the scar tissue is sticking together and pulling. They said they would check again in 2 months, and if it has not come down, they would only charge the anesthesia fee, remove the scar tissue, then reuse and reposition the ear cartilage that had been placed in the nasal tip. I have searched quite a lot online and on apps, but this is the first time I have heard of reusing cartilage, and it is also the first time I have heard of redoing only the nasal tip without removing the silicone. Can surgery be done like this too? Even if it costs money, would it be better to go to another clinic? Has anyone had it done this way? And if you did, do you have to do the splint and nasal packing all over again? It was so hard..ㅠㅠ..
