I went to consultations at 9 places and narrowed it down to 2! 1. I liked that the consultation with the director and the consultant was detailed and kind. The director's explanation felt like listening to a seminar? I was recommended silicone for the nasal bridge + autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip Surgery time: 2:30-3 hours, autologous costal cartilage chest scar: 2.5-3 cm Price: 4.7 million won Opened 1 year and a half ago / 16 years of experience? Since it hasn't been open long, there aren't many reviews, but all the reviews were good Some review photos I liked, and some I didn't There are more male reviews (I'm female) 2. The consultation with the director was fun He said my nose is so small that I shouldn't worry about anything else and should only worry about how to make it higher + he said he normally doesn't explain this much, but because my nose is so small, even after surgery, when others see it, it would just look like I naturally had a pretty nose~ Silicone for the nasal bridge + autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip + ear cartilage for the nasal tip Surgery time: 2 hours, autologous costal cartilage chest scar: 2 cm Price: 5.5 million won (they said they'd discount 200,000 won if paid in full) Opened 5 years ago, 16 years of experience? They don't respond well after surgery Lots of reviews There are reviews like, 'A few months later, the nose became crooked, they don't respond well, the surgery went well but a large incision scar was left inside the nose, I'm in year 2 and the nose is lifted upward (but I don't want to blame the clinic?) The nasal tip came back down exactly like before, but they blamed the patient and changed their story (sent a threatening certified letter / an acquaintance also had the same nasal tip absorption)' ㄷㄷ But an acquaintance had surgery at #2 and it went well.. I like #2 better because I like the shape and the costal cartilage scar is smaller, but there are bad reviews, so I'm really torn;;; And #2 emphasized that using costal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip is better, saying they go out of their way to do it even though it's bothersome.. But I've also heard that ear cartilage detaches more easily than costal cartilage, so I'm curious about that too Which place would be better?ㅜ
Nwong Costal cartilage usually isn't used much because of warping;; It's used when they can see that the patient's standards are really high,, And of course, the smaller the nose, the less skin there is to cover it, so the impact on the nasal tip after surgery is bigger;;
코성형성공기원아자아… I think I'd choose #1
qkr2323 [@Nwong] So? Are you saying using ear + costal cartilage together is better?
qkr2323 [@PrayingForSuccessfulRhinoplastyLet'sGo] Why?!

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 I got non-open Angel Nose at Nana and wrote a review
My nose was really long + bulbous, so I kept thinking about Angel Nose and finally got it done.. A long nose is seriously stressful. It makes the midface look long tooㅜㅜ and on top of that, it was spread out, making my face look broad. I we
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Leaving a review of my autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty~
During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
