I had eyebrow transplant surgery the day before yesterday and I’m just rolling around at home.. Even yesterday, my eyes were so swollen it felt like my eyelids were about to burst, but it seems like a lot went down in just one day... No, rather than going down, it feels like it’s gradually moving downward... Now the area around my cheekbones is swollen... lol At this point, it’s hard to say whether I’m satisfied or anything.. Actually, they said they implanted about 250 grafts on each side, and it hurt more than I expected... As time passed, the anesthesia gradually wore off... Now there are dark reddish scabs sitting here and there above my eyebrows, so from far away they look just like made-up eyebrows from a martial arts movie.. Ah! They look like Choi Soo-jong’s eyebrows in Emperor of the Sea.. So they feel really awkward~ Will it get better once the swelling goes down a bit... I’m worried... lol Ah.. I had it done at a transplant-specialized clinic.. for 2.5 million won.. and that was after bargaining it down a lot... There was quite a price difference between getting it done at a general plastic surgery clinic and at a specialized clinic.. They said it was due to differences in technique and hair graft survival rate.... Still, since I was going to do it anyway.. lol Anyway, the swelling needs to go down quickly... lol I was frustrated, so I just rambled on... To add one more thing... If there’s anyone who doesn’t like their eyebrows.. I’d like to recommend trying it... I looked into several clinics, and opinions were split half and half... between recommending it and saying not to do it.. I did have some eyebrows.. So in bright light they were faint eyebrows?? lol So I worried about it and ended up doing it.. Right now they’re so dark, and because of the scabs I can’t really tell, but once the swelling goes down and the scabs fall off, I think it’ll look better... Conclusion: I’m satisfied so far... Of course I’ll know better after more time passes... And changing the eyebrow shape definitely seems to change the overall impression a lot.... Anyway, I rambled on... Bye~~
