I had under-chin liposuction two or three years ago. I went there through a next-cafe event, maybe from Jjokppang Cafe or Women's Era, and it was the first surgery of my life. At the time I was underweight and didn't have much fat overall, but I had a lot of fat under my chin in particular, and because I had a receding chin, it stood out more and I decided to have the surgery because of the stress. The head manager was gentle and handled everything well, and the director drew on my face and even gave me Botox as a service because my jaw muscle was bigger than hers. For a few days after surgery I had a fever and was very swollen, but after some time passed, I remember my jawline becoming clearly slimmer to a satisfying degree. However, now I no longer have fat under my chin, but the jawline is not clear. I'm not sure if it's because my skin has little elasticity to begin with or if this is some kind of side effect too, but it's definitely better than before.
