I needed to determine whether it was contracture, so I looked into hospitals for revision rhinoplasty and got a consultation at TS!! I had a consultation with Director Lee Seung-chan, and the director said it was true that contracture had occurred ㅠㅠ He looked at the CT too, and after looking at my overall nose, he told me right away ㅠㅠ TS is a place that specializes in revision rhinoplasty, and Director Lee Seung-chan is someone who specializes in revision nose surgery, so I accepted it without doubt ㅠㅠ After looking at my nose, the director said it looked like bulbous nose improvement had been done before, but it hadn’t been done properly, and my nose is also on the short side, so he told me it would be good to improve all those parts while doing revision surgery. Especially, he said that by using autologous costal cartilage to raise the nasal tip and create a round, soft look, revision surgery could help me get away from the bulbous nose like now, and also get away from the short nose. The director said that when surgery is done with autologous costal cartilage, patients worry a lot about scars and pain, but Director Lee said that he does it with a minimal incision, so the scar would be smaller than a 100-won coin, and pain would be reduced accordingly too, haha. I really thought it might be okay, so TS is the one I’m most drawn to right now!!
