I have severe nasal septal deviation, so I'm looking for a place that can do functional surgery as well, and since silicone scares me, somewhere that can do it without an implant or place something else on the nasal bridge.

I had a CT scan, and the consultation fee was 20,000 won. First of all, the staff and the director were very kind. At first, they recommended silicone, but when I said I was scared, they recommended 5 mm of donated dermis. And they said about 30% would probably be absorbed, leaving around 3 mm. But I've seen reviews saying that using donated dermis can result in a blunt-looking nose, so I'm still thinking about it.

What was a bit shocking here at first was that the director already has a strong image, but when I went in, they were shouting at the staff.. lol The staff were kind, they didn't take a CT scan, and there was no consultation fee. But the consultant pushed silicone so strongly that I said I'd do it, but then the director said I didn't have to use silicone, so in the end I took it out. The price was similar to ㅍㄹㅈ, but when I had the CT scan at ㅍㄹㅈ, they said my septal cartilage was small, you know? But here, they said they'd open it up and use donated costal cartilage if there wasn't enough, and if they use it, I have to add 1 million won, so it felt a bit expensive.. Still, the director is from Seoul National University and seemed trustworthy. If not for the price, I think it would be okay.
Next I'll also visit ㄷㅎㄷ, ㅇㄹㅂ, and ㅇㅇ, and I'll leave a review after I go.
