First of all, mine is revision surgery They said they’ll use autologous costal cartilage as a strut and silicone for the nasal bridge Then if warping or absorption happens, does that mean the nasal tip won’t drop and only the height will get lower? The strut is inside the nose, right? And they cut the autologous costal cartilage and stand it up there? Then is the nasal tip done with silicone…? No matter how much I look into it, I really don’t know ㅠㅠ
