The director gave a sincere and thorough consultation. I brought in examples I liked after looking at reviews, and they knew exactly what kind of cases they were and how the surgeries had been done lol They must have had a lot of patients pass through, but it felt like they remembered everything, so it left a good impression. The director and consultation manager are both very kind and positive. But if there’s something that can’t be done, they seem like the type to say it firmly. It seems like a hospital that is clear about what is possible and what isn’t. They mainly focused the surgery on the design I wanted, so I had high expectations, and they met those expectations well.
