<This is my before photo. I had already had surgery, and it was an L-shaped silicone implant><This is after the revision surgery. >It’s been a while since I came into this community. I used to come here when I was going around for consultations because of my nose, and now it’s already been 10 months. I’m pretty satisfied. My overall impression really did change completely. The angle with my philtrum got better too... It was originally a surgically altered nose, and it had an L-shaped silicone implant, with some calcification. Actually, the director said I could live with it until I die without any major problems if I didn’t do anything, but I wanted a better shape, so I did it. I asked for it to be made as natural yet defined as possible, but they said the area between my eyebrows was already high, so it couldn’t be lowered. Still, I guess putting in a thin silicone implant helps prevent a step-off; they said they put in 1 mm. I used autologous costal cartilage, and the scar is still more visible than I expected ㅠ I guess I’m prone to keloids ㅜ Still, I’m satisfied with the line and angle. From the front, the nasal tip came down, so my philtrum looks even a little shorter. I regret not just doing it expensively with autologous costal cartilage from the start instead of suffering after going somewhere weird. ㄹㅂㄹ was the result of doing a ton of online research myself and going for consultations here and there over 2 years, and I’m satisfied!!
