A doctor who says they’ll do revision surgery just 5 days after my eye surgery

<Immediately after surgery><Day 2><Day 3><Makeup before surgery>On May 2, I had ptosis correction (eye shape correction). 10 years ago, I had an incisional procedure, and I think it was for ptosis back then too. I don’t have before photos (I don’t have any bare-eye photos savedㅜㅜ) On the day of surgery, while the doctor was operating, they kept saying, “Open your eyes, look here,” but one side wouldn’t open at all. When I asked about it, they said that from my perspective, my left eye (the eye that wouldn’t open) had such severe adhesions (eye scar tissue, tissues tangled and stuck together) that I might need revision surgery.. But if the adhesions are that severe, isn’t that why I’m entrusting it to a board-certified plastic surgeon? Anyway, I had surgery on Friday, and they told me to have revision surgery on Tuesday. Is this usually possible? They can release adhesions they couldn’t release that day after 5 days? And they said it’s so simple that they’ll squeeze it in during their lunch break. About 10-20 minutes? If it’s that simple, why couldn’t they do it then??? I don’t know what’s going onㅜㅜ I don’t know if I should go through with this. I really, really don’t have before photos (I’ll take some later when I go to the hospital), so this is a makeup eye photo I sent when I was consulting at an eyeliner tattoo shop. Please keep that in mind when looking. But does this kind of case really happen?
