Are there really people whose results turned out well? It seems like somehow nose height can be achieved by putting in an implant, but when it comes to the frontal effect, should I call it a nose that looks spread out like a bulbous nose.. I really don’t think I’ve seen many good results for that. Same for revision surgery. Are there people who say their bulbous nose turned out well with revision rhinoplasty?
haruholic Mm… there are differences in degree, but if it’s a really severe bulbous nose, it’s difficult, and if it’s a slightly spread-out nose, it seems like it can be corrected in one surgery. They say it’s not always the case, but in the end, correcting a spread-out nose/bulbous nose means lifting it, so there’s no choice but to set the nasal tip high. I was the latter, so it just got higher.
huuuuii I also had a spread-out bulbous nose like the comment above, and even in my first surgery, it immediately got gathered and higher. But the alar fat itself stayed the same, so there is still a roundish feeling. Still, when I look at old photos, I can really feel how spread out it was.
