1. ㅁㅎ The consultation fee was 30,000 won, but by my standards it wasn’t worth the money, so I regretted going thereㅜ They said it was fine whether I put silicone in the nasal bridge or not, and it didn’t matter whether I had rhinitis surgery or not. Since the aesthetic aspect was more important to me, I asked which would be better for facial harmony, with or without silicone, and they were kind of like, why are you asking?? In the end, they told me to choose between septal cartilage + ear cartilage + ear dermis + bulbous nose correction + hump correction + nasal bridge silicone/autologous costal cartilage + bulbous nose correction + hump correction Using autologous costal cartilage didn’t change the price, and silicone differed by about 200,000 won? or so And rather than the consultant explaining things thoroughly, she was uncomfortable? unfriendly? so I felt upset.. It was a place I had high expectations for, but I was disappointed 2. ㅂㅂ My septal cartilage is short, so they recommended autologous costal cartilage Bulbous nose correction, lowering the columella, more osteotomy on the right side (it’s higher) Nasal bridge silicone, the hump has to be shaved down first. They said if I do it without an implant, my nose may end up too large The consultant was really kind, and the director also explained while drawing on a tablet (their aesthetic sense matched mine the best) Especially, among all the consultations I’ve had so far, no place had explained the nasolabial angle to me, but they told me the pretty angle and explained it I also liked that real-time CCTV viewing is free, but they said the surgery takes 4-5 hours, so I’m worried... 3. ㄹㅅㅌ If I’m going to do osteotomy and put in silicone, not necessarily Silicone is impossible without shaving the hump; it would become an avatar nose Slightly shave the hump and use silicone. I thought about it but ended up consulting with the director I originally requested Autologous costal cartilage, nasal bridge silicone only 1mm-2mm (they said it’s used because of the step-off), and they said the glabella height would barely change Osteotomy only on the right side, slight correction of the deviated nose After the consultation ended, the consultant said that because Director ㅇㅈㅈ is famous, if I have first-time surgery with him, I’d be flying around.. (since she kept recommending another director and then changed her words, my trust dropped a bit..) In the end, the deposit pressure was seriously... insane They kept saying, “If people like it, they usually all put down a deposit before leaving~” I feel like I heard that at least 10 times. Since I kept hesitating, they even reduced the price more.. In the end, I didn’t put down a deposit, but when I just asked for a business card, she seemed offended..ㅠ The more I go around, the less I can decide where to do itㅠㅠㅠ For now I still have ㅁㅇㄷ/ㅌㅇㄴ/ㄹㅂㄹ/ㅇm left, so if anyone here had surgery after seeing my list, please share info!!! Among those 4 places, ㄹㅅㅌ was my favorite for now!
