I came to Gangnam for a consultation following a friend who started getting called super handsome just from his nose. I was quoted for a hump nose, drooping arrow nose, and rhinitis too. They said that while shaving down and changing the hump, since my original nose was high, they would need to trim the remaining skin. I came for cosmetic reasons, so I was worried whether they would understand the nose I wanted well, and because it seemed like they mostly do revision surgery. But the consultation was really refreshing and good. The nose I wanted was a straight nose, and they picked up on the aesthetic quickly, so it was comfortable. Personally, when I had heard explanations at other hospitals, I was a bit unsure, but here they explained it in an easy-to-understand way, almost like tutoring.
