I heard the director was formerly at Brown. Since he only does nose procedures, he seemed specialized, and I was worried because my nose had been injected with non-dissolving permanent filler, but he said he was confident about removing granulomas too. I was drawn to that point, but it seemed like the director’s aesthetic sense and the aesthetic I pursue were different, so I hesitated over that and didn’t do it. I wanted an extremely naturalist result to the point that no one would know I had surgery, and the director’s idea of natural seemed to mean a natural-looking feel where surgery had been done but it didn’t look uncomfortable to the eye.
