The people at the front desk were at least? kind, but I waited about 20 minutes??? and had a consultation with the consultant. The way she explained things felt even less professional than me, so I felt drained and thought my time was being completely wasted. She had no understanding or basics at all about the surgery, and the doctor also didn’t really explain in detail and was just rough and cursory. But absurdly, they quoted a price that was absurdly expensive.
