I had breast surgery yesterday haha I got 310 Mentor Xtra, and more than I expected …

I had surgery last night, so now exactly 24 hours have passed…! I had it done through the armpit incision, and I just had the bandages removed a few hours ago, so today was the first time I saw my own breasts haha It felt fascinating, so I’m writing this. My breast pocket was 10.8 on the left and 11.3 on the right, and I could have used Mentor Xtra, Motiva, or Mentor Smooth, but I decided on Mentor Xtra. At the clinic I went to, I choose the implant, then after agreeing with the doctor on the size range and desired look based on my body conditions, I go into surgery, and the doctor tries several sizes and chooses one. (Thank goodness for this system… If I had chosen Moderate Plus my own way, my breasts might have ended up smaller.) The candidate size options were Mentor Xtra Moderate High 310-310 / 280-280 Moderate Plus 295-295 / 270-270 I absolutely wanted a natural look, so I asked them to use Moderate Plus if there wasn’t a big difference. But when I opened my eyes, I was told that when they put in Moderate Plus, it looked smaller than expected, so they used Moderate High 310 instead haha But seriously, when I took off the bandages… they weren’t big at all, you know…? Now I understand why everyone says they regret not going bigger…… I’m grateful to the doctor for at least putting in 310, the largest within the size range. Also, I have a pigeon chest, and I had so little tissue in the cleavage area that the bone between my breasts was visible under the skin. If they were gathered together here, I thought it would create a Y-shaped cleavage and look very obvious, so I asked for a U U shape instead, even if the distance between the breasts was a bit wide, and it really seems to have turned out exactly that way.. haha I hope it gradually becomes more natural as the upper fullness settles downward, and the “highway” gap… will narrow a little, right?
