Review of a rhinoplasty clinic in a community

Consultation order: director, then consultant. I went for a consultation when it was still that clinic. They scared me after looking at my nose, so for a while I lived with fear and anxiety.ㅠ ㅡ... They said my skin was thin, and since donated costal cartilage had been inserted, it would not be strange if it broke through even tomorrow, and that I needed to remove it and have revision surgery as soon as possible... They said even if I did not do it there, I absolutely had to do it... that it was a very dangerous situation, and if it broke through, a simple surgery would become more complicated. They showed me photos of actual cases, so I became very anxious. While I was in the clinic, because someone with that much experience was saying it, all I could think was, ah... this is really dangerous, I need surgery immediately, and my mind was completely filled with that thought. After leaving the consultation room, I asked about the surgery schedule, and since my phone and wallet happened to be in the car, I said I would make the deposit afterward and left the clinic. That same day, I spoke by phone with the clinic where I had my previous surgery and explained the situation, and they said that would not happen. They said they had not inserted it excessively to that degree, so I should not worry, and that they would not have inserted it if it were dangerous, so I calmed down a little. That same day, I went to a scheduled consultation at another clinic. I had a CT scan, and during the consultation I asked about the danger I had just been told about. After palpating it, they said my skin was thin, but it was not to that extent. They said there would be signs before it broke through, and it seemed I did not have those signs either, so I felt a bit more reassured. For some time after that consultation, whenever it was cold, hot, or I exercised hard, even if it got only slightly red, I would worry, “Is it about to break through?” and run to a nearby ENT clinic or plastic surgery clinic. In conclusion, it has not broken through yet, and among the consultations I went around to, no director mentioned that danger, so I am now feeling reassured about that part. Whew... Now I try to think positively that they must have had a lot of experience, and based on that experience they were worried that my nose might break through.
