I had revision surgery 4 years ago, but in photos, my left eye (actually my right eye) has the front part of the double eyelid coming undone, and because of scarring from epicanthoplasty + epicanthoplasty restoration, the line overlaps into a double fold and shifts outward. And I think the line was set too high, so I want to lower it. If I want an in-line crease, they said I need the two-line technique, and if I want to keep the out-line as is and only lower the line, they recommend skin excision + incisional revision surgery + fat grafting. Please give me your thoughts!
