It has been about two and a half months since I had zygoma reduction surgery with High-3D zygoma at 1%. As I lost weight, the parts of my face that looked like a peanut shape stressed me out, so I decided to get zygoma surgery. The director clearly told me what was not suitable and what was suitable, so it was easy to decide. Honestly, since it is facial contouring surgery, I did not have as much pain as I had initially worried about, but because my mouth did not open well, for about a month and a half I could not eat normal food like I did before surgery, so it was inconvenient. Eating, yawning, or coughing were difficult, so that was a bit painful, but after about two and a half months, I can eat all regular foods as long as they are not hard. The bone is still healing, so the director also told me not to chew hard foods, and I am following that well.
