There are two places I liked the most, but they use different materials, so I’m tornㅠㅠ I have a slight hump, and my nasal bridge isn’t on the low side, so they mainly recommended osteotomy + raising the nasal tip! Smart everyone, please helpㅠㅠ 1. Osteotomy + use septal cartilage + ear cartilage -> If I want to raise the bridge more, add silicone very thinly at 2.5 mm (if adding silicone, osteotomy is optional). The consultant also seemed to think silicone wasn’t really necessary, but I’m worried I’ll regret it if it’s too naturalㅠㅠ / If I want to add volume to the columella, use donated costal cartilage only for the columella : I asked if donated costal cartilage could be used instead of silicone, but they didn’t recommend itㅠㅠ 2. Donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + nasal tip cartilage suturing *osteotomy is optional -> Only 1 mm for the bridge / raise the nasal tip by 3 mm / because my nasal tip is weak, they said cartilage suturing could make it look pinched, so they would overlay cartilage? That’s what they said! : They didn’t recommend raising the bridge more... If it were you, everyone, which surgical method do you think you’d choose?ㅠㅠ
