What should I do for revision eye surgeryㅠ

<Rear camera (loosened on the left side in the photo)><Front selfie (loosened on the right side in the photo)>I had double eyelid surgery with the non-incisional buried-suture method at the end of 2021 (no canthoplasty, no ptosis correction), and suddenly one eye came undone, so I’m thinking about revision surgery.... My right eye doesn’t have enough opening strength, so it’s really hard when I open my eyes.. But I’d be doing it while working, so I’m really worried because of the swellingㅠㅠ.. 1. To minimize swelling, go somewhere that can just do one buried-suture stitch on the loosened side and have it fixed (When I had a consultation, the doctor said because it’s only one eye, it could become uneven) 2. Normally do buried-suture double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction 3. To avoid another revision, do partial incision + ptosis correction The side that hasn’t loosened doesn’t feel like that, but on the side that loosens, I always feel like I lack the strength to open my eye, and my eye looks sleepy, so I’m definitely planning to do ptosis correction.. If I only do ptosis correction without revision double eyelid surgery, it probably won’t improve, rightㅠㅠ...? Also, if it weren’t for the loosening, I actually like my current line and the double eyelid height itself..ㅠㅠ Still, if it has loosened, I guess revision surgery is the right thing to do..
