Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I distrust my own cartilage at the nasal tip more than silicone

It’s almost been two months now... My build is really small (height 153 cm), so my face is small and my nose is really small too ㅠㅠ On top of that, my nose is underdeveloped. When I went around for consultations, doctors asked if I had ever injured my nose ㅠㅠ If you press on my nasal tip, it sinks in deeply, so you can basically say there is almost no cartilage. Many doctors said my septal cartilage was weak, so I had surgery at a hospital that used ear cartilage to build a strut.. Up to this point, it’s okay, but they said they used two layers of ear-cartilage strut.. and covered the top with three layers of ear cartilage.. and the silicone is as much as 4.5 mm.... It doesn’t look artificial or anything. My nose was originally so low, and my skin is thick, so the silicone doesn’t show through..ㅠㅠ When I tell people meeting me for the first time that I had surgery, they say it doesn’t show at all and they get really surprised. But suddenly I keep having this thought ㅠㅠ that later, after I get married and have a child, I might need to remove it ㅠㅠ Since silicone is easy to remove, I don’t feel any distrust toward the silicone at all. But I feel so, so much distrust about my own cartilage ㅠㅠ During my first surgery, cartilage repositioning, two layers of ear-cartilage strut, stacking three layers of ear cartilage..... I feel like too much manipulation was done ㅠㅠ After six months, I want to lower it to 2.5 mm or 3 mm..ㅠㅠ I’m also stressed that my former youthful image is gone. But in the process of manipulating the nasal tip cartilage, I’m worried about what if the alar cartilage was damaged or disappeared. What should I do? I’m really stressed ㅠㅠㅠ Because the length is short, I’m also very cautious about touching the columella again through an open approach ㅠㅠ I’m thinking of getting revision surgery after six months. Can the cartilage covering be removed, and can the strut also be reduced to one layer??
