I had surgery because whenever I took photos, all I could see was my nose, and I hated that my nostrils looked horizontal. Honestly, to fix it completely I would need rhinoplasty, but I didn’t have the nerve or the money for that, so I got nostril/alar base reduction. As I had seen in the reviews, the director pursues a natural look and is a bit stern. Still, he operates well and has good skills, so I trusted him and left it to him. After surgery, as the local anesthesia wore off, it did start hurting little by little, but from the second day on, recovery was fast and it didn’t hurt. Other than the red surgical marks, a lot of people really can’t even tell I had surgery, and it was so convenient because I could go about daily life.
