After consultations for eye revision surgery, I’m finally deciding between ㅌㅌㅇ Dr. ㅈㅇㅈ (female), ㅋㅋ Dr. ㅂㅈㅇ, and ㅈㅅㅌ Dr. ㄱㄱㄹ. ㅌㅌㅇ recommended incision, fat grafting to the upper eyelid, and epicanthoplasty; ㅋㅋ recommended non-incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty; and ㅈㅅㅌ recommended non-incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty. Even when I look at it, I have upper eyelid hollowing, so I was concerned, but I heard fat grafting has a lot of side effects, so I’m worried. ㅋㅋ says the upper eyelid hollowing can also improve with ptosis correction, and ㅈㅅㅌ says if it bothers me, I can do fat grafting, but it’s not to the extent that I need it, and if they set the line higher than now with non-incisional surgery, it should improve. But ㅌㅌㅇ is recommending fat grafting together. ㅠㅠ Since it’s revision surgery, I’m really worried.
