This was the first hospital where I got this kind of feeling after going around to more than ten places for consultations! Is it something that deserves being openly laughed at when a customer asks the consultant about the columellar strut and septal extension? I was thinking of requesting a different consultant and went in for a consultation with the representative director, and I was even more startled! I thought I had come not for a surgical consultation, but to play Twenty Questions or take a pop quiz! When I asked what surgical method would be used, they listed technical terms and then answered, “Heh, do you know what those are?” I’d like to say I’m sorry for being so ignorantㅠㅠ
