I ended up having three procedures: ptosis correction, buried-incision double eyelid surgery, and epicanthoplasty. More than anything, with the ptosis correction, needless to say, the drooping disappeared to the point you can feel it in the before-and-after photos. I was most worried that the double eyelids would come out too deep, but after a month they have settled naturally, and a lot of the minor swelling has gone down too! The epicanthoplasty also seems to have been done naturally without opening too much, so I'm very satisfied.
