Lateral Canthoplasty + Lowering Review

Even before surgery, I didn’t think my eyes looked particularly stuffy, but I thought that if I got lateral canthoplasty with lowering, they would look much more open and softer, so I did it. There were a lot of people saying it reattaches over time, so I brought it up during the consultation. They showed me tons of cases that had not reattached, showing progress photos of people who were over 1 or 2 years post-op. After seeing the case photos, the shape was also what I wanted, so I decided to have surgery at SS. The fact that there were many long-term follow-up cases was the biggest factor in my decision, since that was what I was most worried about. And honestly, I think plastic surgery depends on luck no matter where you get it done, so I just prayed mine would turn out well. For me, it has been a little under half a year since surgery now. It came out the way I requested, not excessive and natural-looking, so I’m fairly satisfied. Whether it will reattach or not is something I’ll have to keep watching..
