Successful Functional Rhinoplasty with a Straight Nasal Line (Male Nose)

I had severe rhinitis, and my nose was bulbous + had a hump + was low, and my nostrils were also very wide. You can see it in the pre-op photos, but my nose was not an easy nose to work on. My nasal bridge was on the lower side, but the hump protruded, so overall the line was uneven, and my nasal tip was blunt and spread out, making it a bulbous nose. After thinking it over, I had a consultation at Miho, and they also told me I had a deviated septum, so I finally understood why my nose had been blocked all this time. I was very worried because I thought it would be a difficult surgery since I was also having functional rhinoplasty, but maybe because I found a hospital that does good work, it healed well without getting inflamed, and I think the result came out to my liking. It has now been some time since I had surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho. Compared to the beginning, the swelling has gone down a lot, and maybe because of that, the shape stands out to me more now. I feel relieved because it seems to have come out neatly in the straight line I wanted. And during a change of seasons like now, normally my nose would have been extremely blocked and I would have struggled, but thanks to having the functional surgery, I am living while breathing comfortably. When they checked during the consultation, they said my septum was in poor condition. It was amazing how they understood the condition right away. I am really satisfied with the cosmetic aspect too, but I think getting functional rhinoplasty together with it was the best thing I did. My nose shape was also reborn as a sharp and refined nose thanks to bulbous nose correction and nostril reduction. Now that the swelling has gone down, it looks much sharper. The nasal tip also lifted naturally, and if done wrong, the nose could have looked feminine, but I like that it does not look that way at all. Friends around me now say it turned out well and are subtly envious. If you are thinking about it, I recommend getting a consultation first as soon as possible. Speaking informally felt a little awkward, so I used polite speech. Please let me know if that is a problem.
