I was looking into double eyelid surgery clinics and was torn between Almond and Popㅠㅠ Because I’m indecisive, I searched online and went around for consultations like crazy lol I thought I should at least get a consultation first, so I went to Pop first. But during the consultation, they even took photos of my eyes and checked things really in detail lol They explained each thing like the strength of my eye opening and the angle, and it felt like they weren’t just doing it mechanically, but were really looking at my eyes with interest haha The director also clearly separated what was possible and what would be difficult, so I ended up feeling trust for them The way they spoke wasn’t pressuring either, so it was fine lol It’s been 3 days since surgery now, and there’s still some swelling, but the bruising is less than I expected, so it’s pretty okay! I can definitely feel that opening my eyes is more comfortable than before lol For reference, at first I also looked at some reviews of Pop and Almond, and comparing them seemed to help me get a better sense of things, so that helped too lol After the consultation lololol I just decided on Pop right away Once the stitches are out and things settle a bit more, I’ll post another review at the one-month mark lol
