First surgery: 3 mm silicone, nasal tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage Revision rhinoplasty: silicone replacement with 4 mm silicone, nasal tip with donated costal cartilage It’s been 1 year now, and I’m not disappointed with the height, but the line itself isn’t pretty, and the nasal tip has dropped a bit too If I don’t like the nose line itself, does that mean I need to redo the nasal bridge too..? I’m scheduled for a consultation near Gangnam Station, but rather than trying donated costal cartilage again, would it be better to think of this as the last time and go for autologous costal cartilage?? I’m planning to say I want to keep the height the same at 4 mm
www If you don’t like the line, then you have to change the silicone too;; If you say it’s your third surgery, they’ll probably recommend autologous costal cartilage!
