I went for a consultation because their aesthetic sense before and after procedures matched mine the best. First of all, there was quite a big difference from the advertised price… There was some pressure to book on the same day, and rather than feeling professional, the consultation felt more like they were just trying to match what kind of aesthetic I wanted. The front desk staff felt more Gen Z-ish than kind…? They were just looking at their phones when they had time, and it felt like they were waiting to get off work.
