Because the asymmetry of my double-eyelid lines was severe, I had surgery with the line lowered on one eye and the line made cleaner on the other. They said my eyes were very sunken and the asymmetry was severe, so perfect symmetry would not be possible. I also didn’t like the angle of the inner corners of my eyes, so I considered epicanthoplasty restoration too, but because of the cost, I decided to do only the double eyelids and upper-eye fat grafting. There was less swelling than I expected, and the fat graft also settled well, but my eye hollowness had been so severe that I decided to do a second round of fat grafting too. They said the second round of fat grafting would be free within 2 months after surgery, so I’m planning to get it soon, and I’ll probably get a swelling injection once too. They said perfect symmetry wouldn’t be possible, but at this level it’s fair to say it’s perfectly symmetrical, so I don’t plan to touch my eyes anymore and I’m thinking of graduating from eye surgery after the second fat grafting.
